Have a great day!

Fast forward to 3 months after moving out, I receive a letter in the mail claiming that I owe the complex $50 for carpet cleaning. I would have no problem paying the $50 if I actually caused any damage. When I first arrived in the room, there were already large stains from red paint and I noted that on my check-in list and yet I was still charged for the previous tenant's damage.

The best apartments in Greensboro. They have everything you can ask for. They go above and beyond any request. Fair pricing for all units. And by far the coolest staff when it comes to housing...... they also have FREE FOOD! can't ask for much more than that.

Overall, the facility may be nice but the courtesy and competency of the staff seems to be lacking. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone in the area where there are other nearby properties that don't nickel and dime you for property damage caused by previous tenants. Especially when those other properties offer similar living arrangements for an equal or lesser price. Hope someone finds this review to be helpful!

Please read all the one star reviews! I have only been here for a few months and am counting down the days my lease is up. I was not informed that my room was handicap accessible therefore it is extremely small with an oversized bathroom. When I asked to move to another floor plan I was told I was being placed on a waitlist and have never heard anything back. On move in day I walked into the couch in the living room being torn, and the wall in my room has marks and hair from whoever was here last. Also, a broken faucet over the tub and the list continues. The walls here are super thin. I can hear my roommates phone go off and every last one of their phone conversations. It looks nothing like the model I was shown. If you actually want to look forward to coming home then look somewhere else. The only positive thing I have to say is that this is walking distance from UNCG. Called the customer service number several times today and no answer smh don't waste your time.

The province is a great atmosphere for college students. I recently moved here in August of 2016 and overall my experience is ok. The apartments are fairly new. They have many amenities such as a swimming pool, theatre, fitness room and more! A downfall is maintenance. The appliances break down so easily and it's a struggle getting someone to fix it in a timely manner due to low staffing

Moved daughter out and said all was ok per maintenance inspection but just got a bill for surprise wall damage. Not a lot so many would pay it without question. This would make a nice bonus for management.

I stayed at the complex for 1.5 years and had no real issues until I decided to move out of the complex. Initially, I was added to a list of residents looking for prospective subletters. I was notified 2 weeks before I planned to move out that someone was interested in renting my apartment and I was strongly urged to move out that same day. I eventually agreed and began packing and cleaning my apartment. 3 hours later, after my room is essentially empty, I was called and told that the person was no longer interested and that I was only notified because the person was "kind" enough to think I should know. I was annoyed and frustrated, but I let it pass.

Around 2 weeks later I haven't heard anything about subletters, which I thought was odd since I must've been near the top of the list. I call and find out that my name on the list stated that I had an arranged subletter and that I no longer needed one. I was very angry, but I ignored it because the complex isn't required to find people to take over your lease if you're moving out early. And besides, I moved out anyways and I wouldn't have to deal with them any longer.
