Ok Walmart is not known for good customer service. The cashiers usually have bad attitudes and the lines are extremely long, but today I was in for a great surprise. I asked a young lady where the soap was, she stopped what she was doing and walked me to the soap. What? Another representative helped me find a empty line and thanked me for shopping there, and my cashier greeted me with a warm smile and put my bags in my cart. This is not the Walmart I’m used to. Phenomenal job! Really impressed.
Some limitations on selection but overall most of what you're looking for is easy to find and quicker than a full size store
The fruit and vegetables are fresh every time I visit, the staff members help me find what I'm looking for due to the store rearranging on holidays other than that, it's a overall great store .
I visited this store for the first time today, and WOW!! Best experience I've EVER had at a Walmart! I interacted directly with two associates, both of which were genuinely friendly and helpful. I walked past another (a manager, I think) who made eye contact and said hello. At the store I usually frequent, I can barely get anyone to make eye contact, much less smile or take the time to walk me directly to an asked-for product. I wish I had visited this store before now, and will definitely be coming here for general grocery shopping more often!
