Happy new year to me & my family I moved back to village park after leaving the beginning of 20145 i had stay 2 years. Previous I've come across Micah,when I first came very pleasure to be around moving was worst worst mistake my kids missed their friends and I missed mine10/2016 I was desperate and I came in & Angelica Newcome was a smiling face to me that I needed she assured me she would find me a home I would love & she did Just that Angelica has hard days like all of us but it never shows she stays positive & has great personality!!! I'm excited about my move my kids love the new home hopefully somewhere they can grow up. Also the maintenance team& painters mike, moe,& Allen and his team a great crew of people hope to put down payment soon on new home thanks for hospitality everyone!!! #2017
Great property and office staff. Relatively inexpensive to rent and offers options to buy.
We have been here for about a year and we absolutely love it. The staff here are so friendly and If there is ever an issue, maintenance comes right away to make repairs. They also take pride in their community. They do whatever they can to keep the community neat, clean and enjoyable for the residents. We enjoy the regularly scheduled community events and spending hot summer days in the pool.
Nice and quiet
there dont even use the thing to measure the water and they have over priced everything and they are unfair with ppl and if you have kids dont move her or dont move her at all they just want money they dont know what there are doing and they just tow ur car is its dose not have a licence plate for no reason at all they just want money you cant even but things outside or else they will come to ur house and bother you and i know of someone who hung a swing and they just came and cut it off for no reason and that swing cost her 60$ and they just came and cut it dont MOVE HER TERRIBLE
