Very confusing if you've never used it before. Handicapped reserved parking spots are on the 4th level and have poor signage. The entire deck is two one-ways to enter and exit and there are spots going in bitg directions Confused newcomers usually drive at a crawl looking for spots when they immediately enter. Levels are marked by numbers for 1 direction and letters for another. There are 2 elevators that lead to street exits on Greene St. or Washington St. Cars enter the deck below the bottom floor so keep moving up and park near the elevators closest to your destination. If your going to the court house you want the Greene St. side. If walking to Elm, you want Washington St. side.
Parked there Saturday night 2/18/17 and notice a man tampering with the ticket machine. Against our better judgement, we paid the $2 to park overnight and since it would only accept cards after 9PM, we had to use our card. 3 days later and $2,500 in unauthorized charges, all transactions made in Greensboro. We had no idea that's what the man was doing. I thought he maybe he had lost his ticket and needed another one. Don't be stupid like us..be careful using your card here or anywhere for that matter. 1 star because it's supposed to free on the weekends and it wasn't.
