Hair done, and it turns into a huge poofy shiz. It's not even curly, barely anything !! On top of that, she cut off hella hair. I was devastated, I came home crying. It's my own fault for not doing much research, I should've paid someone " professional " to do it, now my money is gone ! Worst service ever!!!
