Like any salon, there's excellent stylists and terrible stylists. Bria is excellent!
Got the best hair cut I've had in a long time here the other day! Love it!! :)
They gave my kid a bowl cut! Worst hair cut ever! Don't trust your hair with this staff. I took my son here and i was shocked with the results. Thank god the manager I complained to took the time to fix one of his worker's mess up! It was a miracle. But I highly recommend not even bothering trying out this place.
If there was a 0 star option I would give it. Today my mom and I went here to get our hair trimmed. The woman who took me back sat me down and I told her "I have a lot of split ends and I'd like to keep as much length as possible" As any stylist would know it's harder to find split ends with soaking hair. However, the woman washed my hair and then sat me down to cut. She started at the back without asking if I was okay wit how much she would be cutting so I assumed it wouldn't be a lot. When she got to the front I could see she was cutting off 3 inches! She finished in about 5 minutes which is EXTREMELY too fast. Also I have very curly hair naturally so when I get my hair trimmed they normally don't do it all in one straight line because that looks ridiculous for curly hair. The woman did as straight as she could but still one side was longer than the other. Then she put me under the dryer and left me there while she proceeded to get her purse and coat ready. She obviously rushed so she could leave before her shift ended. She also put a total of at least 5 different products in my hair making it so I could barely comb through it with my fingers. However, the woman who did my mom's hair did a great job! So just a warning if the woman with the chair at the very end of the row on the left with a limp and brown hair with layers tries to cut your hair I recommend you ask for someone else. I honestly believe this person should be fired. I realize I should've told her I disliked it but she started at the back and by the time she got to the front it was too late to say anything bc the back was already so short. Also I still have split ends because my hair is on layers and she didn't touch anything except the bottom 3 inches of my hair

I like funky, unusual hair and Bria was able to envision what I requested. Bria isn't afraid to cut my hair short and she understands how to add dimensions. She will tell me if something isn't going to work with my hair type and has fantastic suggestions.
