This HT store location is a very busy one as it serves residence who reside north of E Cone Blvd and west of US 29. Prices are usually higher than Food Lion, but this is a given. The store was busy over the Thanksgiving Holiday, but they maintained a stock of the most commonly brought items for soul/traditional meals. The clerk was very friendly and helpful during my self checkout. This location has designated Veteran's parking which is a nicety.
Harris Teeter? More like a museum for food and rich people. The only reason anyone goes there is the free cookies that taste like total cardboard dipped in sugar. And the bread samples.
This is one of the best Harris teeter stores in Greensboro that I have visited. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The prices are fairly reasonable to me. If you feel the prices are too high, I suggest doing comparative shopping, evic, and couponing. You are always going to get a good deal if you combine these three things. This store does have online shopping but as for me, I am picky about what things I choose to purchase especially when it comes to my meats. I would rather pick them out myself. The only issue I have had with the store is sometimes the information on the online store is not available in the actual store although it says that it is available. But to make up for this, the manager always provide me with something else that is real close to it and matches the price.
Tried having HT do the shopping.....for $5! Staff extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful! I am a senior with an injury and the experience was wonderful! Thank you, HT! Painless way to shop! And it was done meticulously.....
Excellent place to shop. Oftentimes there sales are better than other lower costing grocery chains due to the quantity offered.
