Our office recently made several equipment purchases with this company and I am not exactly sure why we continue to do so. Aside from our immediate supplies, all equipment that we purchase turns out to be a huge ordeal and doesn't seem to be completed from start to finish. The sales reps are nice but don't seem to make it happen. I expect better. I don't know how much longer we will buy from them.
