D'Anthony was professional and courteous, we appreciate his attention to our visit!!! we look forward to dealing w D 'Anthony here, if he's not working we will try back later. 6 stars for D'Anthony. The one star is for Lance :-( I would not come here when he is working

I've been to several of the area locations of Auto Bell, but this one is certainly my favorite. The employees have been top notch at all of them, but the traffic flow and ease of maneuvering here is what I like over the others.

The $4 wash includes free recycled toilet water sewage spewed all over your car. It smells like rotten eggs. You would be better off spraying straight acid on your car. It ruined the paint on a vintage Porsche in about 2.5 minutes. The whole hood and top and side of the car was bleached white. Mike Collins the armature manager basically said it was my fault. My claim number was 114750! I also spoke to his manager and no solution was made. If your car doesn't need cleaning then take it to good ole Mike Collins at auto bell west market street and he will gladly ruin it for you for only $4.

I think I might give it one more try tomorrow and get them to "recreate" what happened...

The price for the basic wash is also the best deal around at $4. There are others in the area that do a comparable job but are more expensive, and some even cost more but do an inferior job.

Great when they're not busy. Not so much when busy. Only reason for not 5 stars. New Garden Rd. location has always done a great job, however.

My overall experience at W. Market just wasn't up to par with other Autobell Car Washes I've gone to in the past. I just really want my window back to how it was.

After work today I went to the W Market Autobell, the guy I talked to said that if I want to file a complaint they would have to rewash my car and see if the same results happen again. I understand where this policy comes from, but how are you going to recreate the same result if it wasn't the machine that did the damage but a human?(When I got my car washed there were just two young guys there) Anyway the guy I talked to today was kinda intimidating so I left after much debate. Though on the way home I stopped by a car tinting place and asked if they thought the window damage could have come from them. They said it looked like the car wash people saw dirt on my window and didn't realize they were tinted so it made groves in my window.

Got my car washed before work and got the package that included polish and sealer. When they were done parts of my car were tacky with lint fibers stuck to my car. But that's not why I gave this place a low rating. When I got to work I noticed as I rolled up my window that there were bumps and streaks on my window that weren't there before (the streaks came off with a little water on an extra tshirt I had). At first I thought they were just extra product that hardened so I called Autobell and they told me they would have the manager call me. Unfortunately they weren't able to call me till after 5 after I had driven back home (Winston-Salem), they were nice and said that was fine and to just come tomorrow morning. I went to the New Garden Autobell this morning I accidentally mixed up the two locations (New Garden and W Market) the people at the New Garden location were really nice and told me they would call the W Market Autobell to tell them I would be coming in today. They took a quick look and were the ones to tell me that the bumps on my window were actually chips in my tint.
