My family and I love this Barnes and Noble! The staff is great and very friendly. The Cafe has delicious offerings and fantastic servers.
I come here frequently. It's always clean, including the bathrooms, and staff is friendly. I can shop peacefully without interruption but there is always someone nearby to help when I do have questions.
Pretty good selection of Manga. Lots of good member discounts. When busy not the best place to study.
The store is pretty standard for a Barnes and Nobles, but the customer service is poor. Otherwise I would give them a higher review.
Arlene was awesome! It was ten minutes to close and I had just gotten off of work. I really needed a specific vinyl record that might be out of stock. She looked it up for me, showed me where it was, wrapped it, and was so sweet the entire time (even though it was super late)! I used this record as a corny way to ask out the girl of my dreams and she said yes! Thanks for listening and helping me out before I did this Arlene! Love this book store and location.
