Very unhappy! Once I cancelled my membership, no one informed me that the massages I had already paid for would expire. Blows my mind that you can pay for something and then they tell you that you can't use them anymore because you waited top long! Will not be going back!
Also, no massage here is worth the amount it costs if you aren't a member or using the intro amounts. If you don't sign up to be a member after your first massage, it is $100 for a 50 minute massage, a total rip off.
I would not recommend their prenatal massage. The therapist said she wasn't allowed to apply any pressure, so I essentially just got touched by a stranger for 50 minutes. What's the point in offering prenatal massage at all? Kneaded Energy is way better for prenatal.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service side from Hand and Stone. I originally signed up for the membership plan for both myself and another person. Due to scheduling we found that it did not work for us. When I tried to cancel for three months I was given the complete runaround from staff members via phone and in office. Finally in August I was able to cancel, having accrued 4 unused services between myself and another person. At that time I was told one service would go towards the cancellation fee and then we each had three services available, which we used, but again was told no more charges on my card and we were completely cancelled. On 9/4/17 my card was charged for both myself and another for regular monthly charges. When I called the person said they had no control over charges being taken out and said there was nothing she can do. Finally after emailing bc noone would ever call me back they said on 9/7/17 that my card had been refunded. When I spoke with customer service today with my card, a refund had been made by them but only for $10.00, so at this time they still owe me $105.90 and I cannot get anyone to help me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a member at H&S solely because Thomas does such a marvelous job! I book with him well in advance because he is so popular because he is so good. He gives just the right pressure and lulls me to sleep even though I want to be awake to enjoy the massage.
