literally never answers the phone!!!! and then the teller hung up on me. i don't like this bank
Poor customer service and people skills (especially coming from the manager of the location). Never seen a bank with so little interest to keep a client. Felt like personal issues got in the way of good service and satisfaction of a client.
You can NEVER get anyone on the phone and inside has gotten slower and slower.
Disrespectful. Outrageous fees/rules. You try to take advantage of your long time but elderly customers. Closing safe locations. Leaving branches in questionable locations open.
I've been coming to this bank location for over ten years & have had an account with this bank for 20 years. In the past year, the lack of tellers at this location has become unacceptable!!! If you are going to close locations, you must provide service. We are paying monthly fees and getting NOTHING for it. It shouldn't take a 30-45 min wait to make a deposit & that has become the average at this location. Please find a solution!
